If you would look into Dr. Nick Delgado and Gerson Institute then you would know more. You are speaking so much about soil and know that GMO which is much of what is grown unless you buy pure organic food then everything you are saying is for not. A vegan diet is the best we can do yet I know that their is no way to be totally vegan..Yet meat eating is the worst thing you can do for your body.
